AGENT FLOW CRM LLC
Privacy Policy
Effective August 18, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Flow CRM LLC handles information through its public website and authenticated customer relationship management software.
Information we process
Depending on how Agent Flow is used, we may process account and profile information, agency membership and role information, Lead and client records entered by authorized users, tasks, appointments, policy and activity records, communication metadata, support information, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
We use information to provide and secure Agent Flow, authenticate users, operate agency workflows, maintain records requested by customers, troubleshoot the service, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. We do not make authenticated CRM records publicly available.
Agency and user responsibilities
Agency customers determine which authorized users may access their workspace and are responsible for collecting and using Lead or client information lawfully. Agent Flow processes agency data to provide the service and according to the applicable customer relationship and instructions.
Service providers and integrations
We use infrastructure, database, authentication, hosting, email, and other service providers to operate Agent Flow. Optional communication or integration providers may process relevant information only when those services are configured and used. Providers receive only the information reasonably necessary for their role.
Data retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Agent Flow uses access controls, authenticated workspaces, agency isolation, and other technical and organizational safeguards. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free.
Choices and requests
Authorized users may update many current profile and CRM records through Agent Flow. Privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests should be directed through the Agent Flow support contact identified in the user’s account, invitation, or service agreement. Agency personnel should generally direct Lead or client-data requests to the agency that collected the information.
Changes
We may update this policy as Agent Flow and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version.
