Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026

These Terms govern access to and use of the Agent Flow CRM website and authenticated software service provided by Agent Flow CRM LLC. A separate written agreement may add to or replace portions of these Terms for a customer.

Authorized access

Agent Flow workspaces are private and invitation-only. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials, and use only the agency workspace and records they are authorized to access. Access may not be shared, transferred, or used to bypass role or agency restrictions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers and their users are responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy, and use of information they enter into Agent Flow, including Lead, client, policy, and communication information. Customers must obtain any consent required for calling, texting, emailing, recording, or otherwise communicating with a person.

Permitted use

Agent Flow may be used for legitimate insurance-agency operations. Users may not misuse the service, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use Agent Flow in violation of applicable law.

Third-party services

Some features may depend on separately configured third-party providers. Their services may be subject to additional terms, availability, pricing, and technical requirements. A displayed or planned integration does not mean that provider functionality is active for every workspace.

No insurance or legal advice

Agent Flow is workflow software. It does not provide insurance, underwriting, financial, tax, or legal advice and does not guarantee a sale, placement, carrier decision, or business result.

Platform availability

We work to keep Agent Flow reliable and secure, but the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security response, or other operational reasons. Features may evolve as the platform is improved.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment where applicable, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or as provided in a customer agreement. Customers remain responsible for obligations incurred before termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the platform and applicable requirements evolve. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update is governed by the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
